Many volleyball associations and volleyball teams are now moving to sublimation for a variety of reasons. Very briefly, we take white material and permanently dye it with vibrant colours & graphics and the quality is excellent. There are numerous advantages to a sublimated garment such as:

Our new state of the art sublimation process produces outstanding garments that combine striking colours with incredible graphics and classy special effects like gradient colours (colours fading into each other). It is now possible to affordably provide teams and leagues with stunning volleyball jerseys and volleyball shorts.
Any of these products can be decorated with multi-coloured logos and numbers, symbols like flags, player and/or sponsor names, and special designs like stars, flames etc. This is all done in one process and the garment is permanently dyed. Unlike screen printing there is no cracking, peeling or fading and the number of colours does not affect the price. There are no screen setup fees and if you need an extra jersey or short, we just print you another one right from the computer. Sublimated can be made in any and stay looking great for years.
We don't stop there! For the best volleyball jersey and volleyball short, we offer our own PRO-FIT EXTREME PERFORMANCE FABRIC. This material has received the highest possible rating “ Extreme” from one of the largest fibre companies in the world. This is the ultimate fabric for management (wicking). In addition to outperforming other materials, it does not wash out and lasts for the life of the garment.
SUBLIMATION VS. SCREEN PRINTING
When comparing pricing with screen printing, it is very important to understand the benefits of sublimation. With screen printing a separate screen must be created for each colour of every logo, usually costing 25.00 to 30.00 per screen. The ink is laid on the surface of the garment and eventually cracks, fades and peels. If you ever require an additional jersey, you must pay not only for the uncrested garment, but for the screens to be set up all over again making it extemely expensive. Every screen print added to the jersey (logos, numbers, names, flags, etc.), inflates the price and producing complicated graphics such as colour fading, flames etc. is not possible. Sublimation gives you much higher quality as the material is permanently dyed and the colours will stay vibrant for the life of the garment. There are no screens to setup, making fill in jerseys much less expensive. You can also add a variety of graphics at no extra charge such as additional logos, player names, multi-coloured numbers in different fonts, sponsors (and their logos), flags, special effects, etc. etc. We offer both screen printing & sewn on cresting and there is no comparison when it comes to quality and value of sublimation.
CUSTOM SUBLIMATION DESIGNS
Although we have many exciting styles for you to choose from, it is now possible to have your own unique jersey designed either by us or by you! If you are graphically inclined, we can send you some blank templates of our uniforms which you can use to create your own design for us to produce. If you are not graphically oriented, but still want something completely unique, we can create it for you. The cost would depend on the work involved.
